How it works
- Create a free VitaPBX customer account and click “Become an affiliate” in the customer portal.
- Share your referral link. Visitors are tracked for 60 days, or customers enter your code when signing up.
- Customer pays → commission shows in your portal and becomes available after 30 days. Request a payout once your balance reaches 500,000₫.
Rules
- Commission is based on plan and add-on fees (excluding VAT and setup fees); call charges, number purchases, the Free plan and custom-quoted Enterprise plans are excluded.
- First paid order: 30% minus the discount you give. Later renewals/upgrades: 10%, for as long as the customer stays and you remain an affiliate.
- A customer is linked to an affiliate when the account is created and never changes afterwards (last link opened within 60 days).
- No commission for self-referrals (same email or phone) or accounts of the same person/business.
- Commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds/cancellations; refunded orders void the related commission.
- No search ads on the “VitaPBX” brand keyword, no spam, no misleading claims. Violations lead to suspension and cancellation of unpaid commission.
- Payouts over 2,000,000₫ have 10% personal income tax withheld as required by Vietnamese law; a national ID and a bank account in your own name are required.
- VitaPBX may change the program with advance notice by email; commission already recorded is kept.
