If you regularly advise businesses on technology — as an outsourced IT provider, office-equipment reseller, bookkeeping service or marketer — your clients may well need a lightweight phone system that requires no desk phones. 1. Who Is a Good Fit?#

2. How Commissions Work#
• 30% on the first paid order of each customer you refer.
• 10% on every renewal or upgrade, for as long as the customer stays and you remain an affiliate.
• You may give your customer up to 15% off the first order; the discount comes out of your 30% (e.g., give 10%, keep 20%).
• Commissions apply to plan and add-on fees, excluding VAT and setup fees; call charges, number purchases, the Free plan and custom-quoted Enterprise plans are not included.
Example: A customer subscribes to the Professional plan at 890,000 VND/month with no discount. You earn 30% = 267,000 VND on the first order, then 10% = 89,000 VND every month they renew.
3. Join in 3 Steps#
1. Create a free VitaPBX customer account and click "Become an affiliate" in the customer portal.
2. Share your referral link. Visitors are attributed to you for 60 days, or customers can enter your code at sign-up.
3. When a customer pays, the commission appears in your portal immediately and becomes withdrawable after 30 days. Request a payout once your balance reaches 500,000 VND; VitaPBX transfers it within 1–5 business days.
4. Rules to Know#
• A customer is linked to an affiliate when the account is created and does not change afterwards.
• No commission for self-referrals or accounts belonging to the same person or business.
• Orders refunded during the 30-day holding period void the related commission.
• No search ads on the "VitaPBX" brand keyword, no spam, no false claims about the product.
• Payouts above 2,000,000 VND are subject to 10% personal income tax withholding; a national ID and a bank account in your own name are required.
5. Tips for Effective Referrals#
• Start from a concrete pain point: departing staff taking customers with them, no recordings to resolve complaints, remote staff unable to answer the hotline.
• Let customers try the Free plan (up to 2 extensions) before choosing a paid plan.
